I've never read about panic attacks coupled with seizures during my research. But I wonder if maybe your medications are conflicting. Are you on medication for your panic attacks and depression?

Yes I am on medication for the panick attacks and depression and Epilepsy. I think some times the depression medication can affect the seizures to.

I'd talk to your doctor about it, and see if they can switch you over to medications that won't conflict with each other, if that is what is happening.
Record the frequency and length of each panic attack and seizure, including symptoms before, during and after each one. (well, have someone else help you with the record-keeping of the seizure activity if you're unable to write after one is over due to memory loss, loss of consciousness, etc), and take the notebook or whatever you choose to keep the journal in, to your psychiatrist, or whomever you see for your depression, anxiety, and epilepsy. I suppose that last disorder would would require the help of your neurologist, but nevertheless, keep track of everything as it happens.

Hi everyone. Well, damn, I'm still in shock, but it's wearing off now. My epilepsy diagnosis came after seven years of unpredictable seizures. I'm on a medication to control them, and it's finally doing what it's supposed to do without knocking me out for several hours in the process. sorry to bring this one back to the top. just wanted to say I'm glad this isn't a huge issue for me anymore.
I'll have a medical bracelet soon. i'd definitely recommend getting one of those. In the event you can't speak for yourself, it'll let health care professionals and bystanders know what you're taking if something happens to you in public or if you're on the way to the hospital. Paramedics and other people in the medical field are, or should be,trained to look for those on patients. apparently, they're decorative now, not just a piece of metal on a chain.

well, i've had plenty of panic attacks, but not seizures, although, I know how to get people out of them pritty easily. i've done it for years. with me having ptsd, it makes things so much easier for me to understand, and I think it's made me want to help out ppl more and more. i'll say this much, if I can be of help, let me know.

Seizures are irregular electrical disturbances in the brain and come in varying degrees of severity.

I have had Seizures and they are not fun.

For some reason I started getting them when I went in to peuverty. I did grow out of them several years later and I am very glad!

I have no idea why they happened in the first place! The school nurse said that the Seizures were caused by too much stress. I don't know.
